Amestra Holdings (Pty) Ltd is registered with the Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on as a private company. The company is 100% black woman owned and endeavors’ to mature earnestly in the industry.

The organization is an emerging entity with great potential to grow and primarily focusing on the energy value chain from project development, consulting, to coal supply and trading. Amestra Holdings is set to work with both private and public sectors such as the government, SOEs, Sasol, Mittal, smelters, and other related companies within our field of operations.

Ms Tebogo Mashupye

Amestra Holdings (Pty) Ltd business concept was developed from the amassed skills, knowledge and experience gained over the years by Ms Tebogo Mashupye. The company director of Amestra Holdings has acquired immense experience in the engineering and coal handling fields. She started working for Eskom Holdings SOC Limited in 2002 and has gained 13 years of extensive experience under their guidance where she worked her way up through the ranks within the organisation. She worked tirelessly within the boiler, turbine and coal plants which included coal handling overland conveyors and stockpile management and plant maintenance. During her tenure at Eskom, she managed contracts and departmental budget to the value of +- R156m per annum. Ms Mashupye has obtained her Mechanical Engineering B-Tech Degree and Management Development Programme certificates with University Of South Africa.
